Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: June 11, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may and may not do with Eyondo (the "Service") — an AI platform for generating images and short-form videos. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. If anything here conflicts with the Terms, the Terms control. By using the Service you agree to this AUP; violating it is a violation of the Terms.

1. The Principle

Eyondo exists to help you create marketing and creative content you have every right to make. Use the Service lawfully, honestly, and without harming real people, real brands, or the platform itself. If you would not be comfortable defending a generation in front of the person it depicts, the brand it borrows, or a regulator — do not create it.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to create, request, attempt to generate, upload as a reference, or distribute:

Sexual content.

  • Pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or nude content of any kind, whether the subject is real, fictional, or AI-generated.
  • Any sexual or suggestive content involving minors, or content that sexualises anyone who is — or appears to be — under 18. We treat this with zero tolerance: it is removed, the account is terminated, and it is reported to the relevant authorities.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery of any person, real or simulated.

Harm to people.

  • Content that threatens, harasses, bullies, defames, or incites violence against any person or group.
  • Hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
  • Content that promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
  • Content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or organised criminal activity.
  • Doxxing, stalking, or surveillance content targeting identifiable individuals.

Deception and impersonation.

  • Deepfakes or any depiction of a real, identifiable person — public figure or private individual — without their explicit, documented consent.
  • Media presented as authentic footage of real events when it is not, including fabricated news, disaster, or election content.
  • Fraud, scams, phishing material, fake reviews or testimonials attributed to real people, and counterfeit official documents (IDs, certificates, currency).
  • Deceptive advertising: ads making claims you cannot substantiate, fake before/after results, or impersonation of a competitor's product or brand.

Rights of others.

  • Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, rights of publicity, or other intellectual property — including generating recognisable brand assets, characters, or artworks you do not have rights to use.
  • Uploading reference images you do not own or lack permission to use, including photos of people who have not consented.

Illegal and dangerous content.

  • Content promoting or facilitating illegal goods or activities, including weapons manufacturing, illegal drugs, or human trafficking.
  • Malware, exploit payloads, or content designed to compromise systems or users.
  • Anything that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction or any jurisdiction where the content is created, accessed, or distributed.

3. Prohibited Behaviour

Beyond what you generate, you may not abuse the platform itself:

  • Attempting to bypass, jailbreak, prompt-inject, or otherwise circumvent our safety filters, content moderation, or rate limits — including coded language, layered prompts, adversarial reference images, or third-party tooling. The attempt itself is a violation, whether or not it succeeds.
  • Creating multiple accounts to harvest free credits, evade a suspension, or reset per-account limits.
  • Automated access: scraping, botting, bulk-generation scripts, or wrapping the Service as your own API without a written agreement with us.
  • Reselling, renting, or sharing account access or generation capacity.
  • Interfering with the Service's operation — probing, overloading, disrupting infrastructure, or reverse-engineering any part of the platform.
  • Publishing other users' content from the Community feed as your own, or misusing community surfaces (likes, comments, reports) for spam or manipulation.

4. Advertising Standards

Eyondo is built for creating ads. Ads you generate must comply with the advertising laws of every market where you run them and with the policies of every platform where you publish them (social networks, ad networks, marketplaces). You are solely responsible for substantiating product claims, securing rights to everything an ad depicts, and meeting any disclosure requirements that apply to AI-generated media in your jurisdiction.

5. AI Transparency

Some jurisdictions and platforms require you to disclose that content is AI-generated, particularly for realistic depictions of people and for political or issue-based advertising. We recommend disclosing AI generation wherever a reasonable viewer could mistake an Output for authentic footage — and you must do so wherever the law or the publishing platform requires it.

6. Reporting Violations

Published content on the Community feed can be reported directly from its viewer using the Report action. You can also reach us at [email protected] — reports are reviewed promptly, and we may remove content while a review is ongoing.

7. Enforcement

We enforce this AUP as described in Section 4 of the Terms of Service. Depending on severity, that can include removing content, suspending or permanently terminating the account, forfeiting remaining credits and paid balances without refund, preserving evidence, and reporting to law enforcement or affected third parties. We do not owe prior notice for violations involving illegal content, minors, or non-consensual imagery.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP as the Service, the law, and abuse patterns evolve. Material changes will be announced via the Service or by email; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

9. Contact

Questions about what is allowed? Email [email protected] before you generate — we would rather answer a question than enforce a violation.
